We understand that price is important to our clients. That’s why we provide clear, consistent pricing.

Equally, we know that because every client is different a “one size fits all” approach does not service your needs, so we provide both a tailored service and transparent cost so that we can build a bespoke service to meet your particular circumstances.

We start by arranging a free, no obligation call to get to understand more about you and your business. We will ask about your current business situation and your future goals, along with any challenges you are facing.

If you like what you hear, we will arrange a meeting to discuss in more detail the services we are able to offer you, including a full price breakdown so you can see exactly what you will pay.

Providing clarity and certainty through GoProposal

As members of the GoProposal accountancy community, we will always provide you with a clear and easy to understand tariff of fees so there are never any nasty surprises.

Our fees will take into account:

The support you need such as tax, bookkeeping, payroll and VAT advice
The size and complexity of your business
Transaction volumes for bookkeeping support
Service frequency – e.g. whether monthly, quarterly for services such as VAT, payroll, management accounts
Number of employees – for payroll services
Software subscriptions – if you wish to use accounting software we can include this subscription in your fees

No surprise fee increases

You will have the added peace of mind knowing that we never increase our fees part-way through the year. Our fees are reviewed annually and we will discuss any increases in advance.

What if your business circumstances change?

We understand that your business needs may change which is why we do not lock you into an annual agreement. If you need to increase or decrease the level of support we provide, just let us know. We only require 30 days’ notice to amend your service agreement.

Equally, if you decide to add a service part way through the year, we will provide you with a clear indication of the fees so you know how much more you will need to pay.
